Position:         Project Manager
Reports to:     Chief of Staff

Scope: The Project Manager will manage cross-organizational deliverables as part of the transition to the new organizational structure. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and collaborates directly with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).  The ideal candidate is a proactive and meticulous Project Manager with a proven ability to drive full-cycle project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The individual will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and monitoring activities across the SLT-led departments to ensure timely completion. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills to deliver results that align with the organization’s goals and timelines.

This short-term role is for a 6-month period and is expected to begin mid-August 2025 and conclude no later than mid-January 2026.


General Responsibilities    

The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including but not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to define project(s) scope, goals, and deliverables for cross-functional efforts managed by other members of the SLT.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Align project objectives with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activites. 
  • Set realistic deadlines and track progress across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Clearly communicate updates and timelines to the SLT.
  • Coordinate decision-making by the SLT on key points and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience

  • A minimum of five years of professional project management experience.
  • Prior work in an organization with a global footprint and focus.

Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment located in multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong conceptual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, organize tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, ensuring deadlines are met with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in building strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Capable of managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexible and able to engage with individuals at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Additional Requirements:
    • U.S. work authorization required.

THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $104,000-$131,000 PER YEAR
